He is survived by: his wife Irene Allen; his sons, Terry Bailey (Narda) of Salyersville, Kentucky., Eddie Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky. and James Bailey (Crystal) of Salyersville, Kentucky.; his siblings, Deloie "Bill" Bailey, Bobby Bailey, Jeanette Helton, Loretta Allen, Flora Whitten and Deloris James; his grandchildren, Heather Kazee (John), Kayla Bailey, Casey Romine, Terrence Bailey, Talynn Bailey, Austin Bailey, Skyler Bailey, Nick Bailey, Emily Bailey, Sophie Bailey, Cory Watson (Haley), Brady Watson and Benji Watson; and his great grandchildren, MiLa Arnett, Chloe Watson and Cora Watson.
