He is survived by: his daughter Christy Ann Miller (Carl, Jr.) of Greenup; his siblings, David Perkins of Prestonsburg, Robert Perkins (Laura) of Salyersville, Debbie Perkins of West Liberty and Mary Cole of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Harley Miller, Devon Miller and Rachel Miller.
