He is survived by: his children, Larry Howard of Campbell, Danny Howard of Salyersville, Ricky Howard (Brenda) of Salyersville, Debbie Kelly (David) of Prestonsburg and Sheila Ratliff of Paintsville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Surrina, Cassie, Kimberly, James, Dusty and Heather; his great grandchildren, Layla, Lath, Lillie, Lana, Lexie, Easton, Haley, Arianna, McKenna, Caleb and Alayna; and his wife Elsie Bailey Howard.
