She is survived by: her children, Charles Mullins of LaPorte, Jerry Collins of Salyersville, Judy Moore of Salyersville, Brenda Arnett (Stephen) of Salyersville, Barbara Salyer (Terry) of Salyersville and Crystal Tackett (Steven) of Salyersville; her siblings, Harlen B. Mullins of Salyersville, Ray Mullins of LaPorte, Dirl Mullins of Salyersville, Danny Mullins of Jackson, Larry Mullins of Salyersville, James Mullins of Salyersville, Roger Mullins of Salyersville, Annie Conn of LaPorte, Cleda Mae Lawson of LaPorte, Juanita Howard of Salyersville and Vickie Linkes of Paintsville; her grandchildren, Shanda Francis (Dallas), Ashley Tackett (Matthew), Sasha Salyer (Gregory), Shaina Summa, Peyton Moore (Kelsey), Madison Moore, Logan Tackett, Trenton Tackett and Connor Tackett; and her great grandchildren, Dalton Francis, Aslynn Salyer, Callan Salyer, Mason Tackett, Gavin Tackett of Abigail and Ritchie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Carpenter Cemetery.
