He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Minx and Dora Smith Minix; and his brother Randy Lynn Minix. He is survived by: his wife Reginia Bailey Minix; his children, Ryan Minix (Ricka) and Lakan Minix; his siblings, Samuel Joseph Minix (Melissa), Matthew Allen Minix (Surrinia), Gregory Lee Minix (Mary), Adam Curtis Minix (Miranda), Jamie Dwight Minix (Alisha), Chadwick Neil Minix (Jerica), Lydia Colvin, Rebecca Jo Bolen (Jeff) and Tina Prater (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Kaylee Wireman, McKinlee Wireman, Maggie Minix, Rihanna Minix and Tiann Branham.
