She is survived by: her husband Dola Howard; her sons, Ronald Howard and Michael Howard; her siblings, Pauline Rasnick, Gracie Montgomery, Billy Ray Preston, Robert Lee Preston, Earnest Preston, Herbert Preston, Clyde Preston and Millard Preston Jr.; her children, Garnett Mae Howard Patrick (Elwood) of Salyersville, Dola Don Howard (Irene) of Louisa, Charlies Howard (Bonnie) of Salyersville, James Howard (Debra) of Salyersville, Arthur Howard (Willadean) of Staffordsville, Millard Howard of Paintsville, Paul Howard (Tammy) of Salyersville and Billy Howard of Paintsville; her sister Mildred Jenkins of Sydney; her sister-in-law Lola Gamble of Marion; and her daughter-in-law Christine Howard of Salyersville. She is also survived by grandkids, great grandkids and great great grandkids.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Salyersville Funeral Home (694 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
