He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Bo" and Donna Ruth Bradshaw Conley. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Brooks Conley; his brother Jerry Lee Conley; his sons, Scott Conley (Amy) of Mt. Sterling and Brian Eric Conley (Stephanie) of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Lenora Blackburn of Salyersville, Frank Conley of Fort Gay and Ray Conley of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Hallie Beth Conley, Erica Rayee Conley and Austin Holbrook.
