She is survived by: her husband David Trusty; her children, Michael Trusty of Salyersville and Allie Trusty of Morehead; her sisters, Garnett Pence (Carl) of Wolfe County and Wanda Porter (Eddie) of Salyersville; and her nieces and nephews, Kaylee Dawn, Andrea, Rachel, Nathaniel, Chase, Royce and Noah.
