He is survived by: his children, David Jr. Ousley of Salyersville, Kentucky, Mary Ousley of Salyersville, Shelby Ousley of Salyersville and Nore Caldwell of Salyersville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Benny Ousley of Akron, Ohio, Vicky Slone of Hi Hat, Dora Salyers of Salyersville, Mary Jarvis of Paintsville, Charlene Scott of Prestonsburg, Barbara Ousley of Prestonsburg and Winfred Sizemore of Prestonsburg. He is also survived by one grandchild, and a host of family and friends.
