He is survived by: his wife Linda Howard Montgomery; his son David Neil Montgomery (Stephanie) of Salyersville; his siblings, Steve Montgomery of Louisa, John Montgomery of Salyersville, Linda Montgomery Parker of Lexington and Dottie Montgomery Collins of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Alexis Taylor Montgomery and Aden Calloway Montgomery.
