It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dallas Edward Bentley (Salyersville, Kentucky), who passed away on August 11, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Etta Bernice Adkins Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Conley Bentley; his children, Johnny Edward Bentley, Angie Howard (Greg) of Salyersville, Tamra Howard (Tommy) of Salyersville, Lisa Lemaster (Brad) of Salyersville and Gina Carroll (David) of Salyersville; and his siblings, Roy Bentley (Joyce) of Pikeville, Glenda Prater (Milford) of Jeffersontown, Debbie Collins (Kenneth) of Pikeville, Rhonda Matney of Pikeville, Lois Pinion (Clifford) of Pikeville and Pam Coleman (Robert) of Pikeville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
