He was predeceased by: his sisters, Earlene Patrick and Chrystal Patrick. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Patrick and Rose Ann Layne Patrick; his wife Melda Cheek Patrick; his sons, Evan Patrick of Salyersville, Aaron Patrick of Salyersville and Alan Patrick of Salyersville; his siblings, Jimmy Patrick of Salyersville, Timmy Patrick of Salyersville, Tonya Patrick Damron of Salyersville and Debbie Patrick of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Brantley Patrick, Levi Patrick, Amara Patrick, McKenna Patrick, Madison Patrick, Jarrod Patrick, Garret Patrick, Lindzee Patrick, Ella Patrick and John Wayne Patrick.
