She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Howard and Marie Jewel Hunley Howard; her husband Harold Ray Hensley; her daughter Vickie Lynn Cantrell; and her siblings, Donnie Howard and Jody Howard Baldwin.
She is survived by: her son Derek Hensley of Salyersville; and her grandsons, Blake Cantrell and Shane Cantrell. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
