He is survived by: his wife Jewel Montgomery Howard; his sons, Sean Edward Howard (Laura Jane) of Lexington and Chad Everett Howard (Jennifer) of Louisville; his siblings, Stewart Howard of Michigan, Gail Smith of Salyersville, Ina Blanton of Salyersville and Chloteen Fish (Gary) of Florida; his grandchildren, Katie Lynn Jernigan, Charlie Howard, Christian Howard, Henry Howard and Eleanor Howard; and his great grandchild Jackson Blake.
