She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Shepherd and Sadie Crager Shepherd Howard; her husband Lee Bailey; her son-in-law Kenny Goble; and her siblings, Lloyd Howard, Hazel Shepherd, Mable Clay, Mazie May and Lunnie Shepherd.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Ray Bailey (Sheila) of Salyersville, Homer Bailey of Indiana, Randy Bailey (Marcella) of Prestonsburg, Keith Bailey (Sherry) of Salyersville, Wilma Lee Goble of Prestonsburg, Lois Ann Minix (Greg) of Salyersville and Sandy Wilson (David) of Frenchburg; and her brothers, Delbert Whitaker of Hueysville, Adam Wireman of Gunlock and Jodie Shepherd of Gunlock. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
