She is survived by: her brother Thomas C. Howard (Patricia) of Salyersville; her sister-in-law Andrea Sue Howard of Salyersville; and her nieces, Jeanna Bailey, Crystal Arnett, Shawnna Scott and Elizabeth Pelphrey.
