"Teddy" Puckett; his siblings, Harry Puckett, Price Puckett, Leonard Puckett, Ronald Puckett, Megnon Puckett, Genevive Puckett and Margaret Workman; his wife Joan Viola White Puckett; his children, Charles Puckett (Anita) of Salyersville, Edith Lykins of Salyersville, Connie Puckett of Salyersville and Melissa Arnett (Anthony) of Salyersville; and his siblings, George Puckett of Salyersville, Lester Puckett of Salyersville, Earl Puckett of Salyersville, Jim Puckett of Salyersville, Phillip Puckett of Salyersville, John Puckett of Salyersville, Dorthy Conley of Salyersville, Shirley Brown of Salyersville, Francis Puckett of Salyersville and Cathy Lane of Toto. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
