She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Bailey and Bertha Joseph Bailey; and her sisters, Dorothy Bailey, Shirley Bailey and Sandy Bauer.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Hackworth of Salyersville, Kentucky; her sons, Michael Hackworth (Elaina) of Bel Air, Jamie Hackworth (Jill) of Salyersville and Scotty Hackworth (Barb) of Salyersville, Kentucky; and her siblings, Sarah Edler of Salyersville, Betty Marshall of Adele, Kentucky, Larry Bailey of Salyersville and Saul Bailey of Salyersville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
