He is survived by: his wife Sherry Gullett Collins; his sons, Ricky Dean Conley (Carrie Little) of Salyersville, Eddie Shawn Collins (Jonnah) of Salyersville and Glen Travis Collins (Leah) of Salyersville; his siblings, James Oscar Collins of Salyersville, Jerry Lynn Collins of Salyersville, David Collins of Salyersville, Mikey Collins of Salyersville, Jeanette Collins Holliday of West Liberty and Judy Cain Reed of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Shane Christopher Collins, Karlee Jaynell Stewart, Kristen Faith Collins, Jacey Lynne Collins, Tavis Lee Stewart, Brydon Tracker Collins, Kimber Skye Collins, Branson Cooper Collins and Regan Alena Collins.
