She was predeceased by: her parents, Kernie Wallen and Sylvia Hale Wallen; and her siblings, Johnny Wallen, John Shelby Wallen, Daniel Boone Wallen, James Earl Wallen and Edna May Wallen.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Howard (Jessica) of Salyersville, Monica Fletcher (Gregory Kilgore) of Wise, April Minix (Alan) of Salyersville, Regina Wheeler (Tim) of Staffordsville and Santana Thompson (Ron) of Staffordsville; her siblings, Wilbur Wallen (Ethel Fay) of Salyersville, Kernie Wallen, Jr. (Lisa) of Salyersville and Linda Lou Howard (Pernell) of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Joshua Harper, Alexis Montgomery, Chelsey Pennington, Kelsey Pennington, Crew Wheeler, Braxton Howard, Issabella Howard, Isiah Howard and Luke Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Eli Harper, Grayson Harper and Raelyn Montgomery.
