She is survived by: her husband Leonard Hopkins; her stepson Gary Hopkins; her siblings, Pauline Arnett, Ethel Fisher, Ruth Allen, Phyllis Howard, Aileen Howard, Etta Bell, Sidney Arnett, Harold Arnett and Jack Arnett; her close friend Tammy Stephens (Brian) of Salyersville, Kentucky; and her sister Joann Bailey of Lexington.
