He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Martha Faye Hollard Adams; and his brother Jerry Adams. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Murphy (Chris) of West Liberty, Jessica Campbell (Amos) of Salyersville, Kentucky and Charles Adams (Katie) of Salyersville; and his siblings, Judy Hall (Johnny) of Salyersville, Donna Puckett of Salyersville and Henry Adams of Salyersville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
