He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hunley and Versie Howard Hunley; and his siblings, Bobby Hunley, Ricky Hunley, Joyce McCarty, Ethel Mae Gibbs, Edna Fay Hunley and Margarette Hunley.

He is survived by: his brother Mitchell Hunley of Salyersville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
