He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Poe and Mary Ellen Hughes Poe; and his siblings, Joe Poe and Goldie Ann Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Christene Salyer Poe; his daughters, Regina Marie Goodman (Brandon) of Pikeville and Sandy Kay Poe of Salyersville; his siblings, Leonard Poe of Floyd County, Charles Poe (Vickie) of Floyd County, Johnny Bruce "Bud" Mary Ellen of Floyd County, Isaac "Ike" Poe of Floyd County, Pete Poe of Floyd County, Pauline Ousley of Indiana and Dorothy Smith of Michigan; and his grandsons, Benjamin Henry Miller, Asher Goodman and Ezra Goodman.
