She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Helton and Cassie Mae Hartsock Helton; her husband Garland Jenkins; her children, Rocky Jenkins and Deloris Francis; her siblings, Raney "Bud" Helton, Hassell Helton, Joyce Stapleton, Ina Nell Lyon and Virgie Francis; and her granddaughter Brandy Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Ray Jenkins (Debbie) of Salyersville and Josephine Morgan of Salyersville; her son-in-law Eddie Francis of Salyersville; her siblings, Billy Gene Helton of Salyersville and Elve Jenkins (Raleigh) of West Liberty; her brother-in-law Bill Stapleton of Fairborn; her grandchildren, Tina Fitzpatrick (Gary), Brandon Jenkins (Leann), Kristie Williams (Matt), Becky Jenkins, Josh Francis (Michelle) and Courtney Jenkins; and her great grandchildren, Kelsey Fitzpatrick, Isaiah Stephens, Hannah Jenkins, Zoey Bailey and Matthew Bailey.
