She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodroe Arnett and Versie Howard Arnett; her husband J. T. Lykins; her daughter Jaietta Lykins; her brothers, Bobby Earl Arnett, W. B. "Dubb" Arnett and Woodroe Edison Arnett; and her sister-in-law Nancy Allen Arnett.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffory Lykins of Salyersville, Ralph Jay Lykins (Annette), John Timothy Lykins (Sandi) of Salyersville, Nola Anne Johnson (Wayne) of Salyersville, Sally Minix (Marty) of Salyersville and Licia Lykins of Salyersville; her siblings, H. C. Arnett of Orlando, Vicki Lou Ragins of Fort Lauderdale, Patti Smalley (George) of Dalton and Susie Hoskins (James) of Nancy; her niece Melanie Arnett Cain; her grandchildren, Holly Johnson Cummings (Gregory), Joshua Minix (Lorna), Jessica Dawn Lykins, Zachariah Donta, Megan Lyons (David), John Tyler Lykins (Caroline), Madison Claire Ratliff (Justin), Josey Lykins, Grace Bailey and Jase Brady Lykins; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Riley Cate, Mila Reece, Chandler Rose, Demi Raine, Millie Jaymes, Baxter, Arabelle Jaye, Cain, Willa Jude, Naomi, Tristan, Conner, Shepherd and Forrest.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions can be made to the Magoffin County Library Children's Literacy Fund.
