He is survived by: his parents, Alan Chase Page and Shelby LeShae Watson Smith; his siblings, Liam Moton Scott Smith and Magonila Ruth Smith of Salyersville; his grandparents, Pamela Watson, Bobby Carl and Sharon Kaye Page; his great-grandparents, Mason and Vickie Gamble; and his cousins, Haley Wells, Felicity Page, Gage Collinsworth, Toni Collinsworth, Brayden Watson, Destiny Watson, Cayson Watson, Roselyn Mullins, Brody Bowling, Maddie Bowling and Kendrick Watson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions made to the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
