Annis M. Blair Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2022, at the age of 82, Annis M. Blair of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Wonnie, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harding Risner and Lena Risner (Howard); her stepfather R. B. Risner; her daughter Michelle Blair; her brothers, Harding II, Noy and Harry Donald Risner; her sister-in-law Linda Risner; and her nephew Roy Risner Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Pam Sexton (Doug) of Bronson, Steve Blair (Cheryl) of Coldwater and Kyle Blair of Colon; her brothers, Roy Risner of Kentucky and Troy Risner (Diane) of Marion, Ohio; and the father of her children Oscar Blair Jr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
