She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Prater and Anna Conley Prater; and her daughter Elizabeth Ann Rudd. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Rudd; her children, William Matthew Goble, Timothy Neal Howard (Lori) and Jennifer Rudd; her grandchildren, Ryan Matthew Goble, Michaela Grace Scott, Ella Kate Howard and Lincoln Neal Howard; and her great grandchild Rawlings Matthew Goble.
