She is survived by: her sister Hazel Glancy; her children, Sherry Breckel (Joey), Perry Hazelwood, Brent Hazelwood (Susan) and Alan Hazelwood (Allison); her grandchildren, Cara Rogers (Trip), Josh Hazelwood (Allison), Vanessa Welty (Brett), Ashley Nesbitt (Staton), Calen Hazelwood (Jessica), Logan Hazelwood (Olivia), Layne Hazelwood (Deanna), Austin Hazelwood and Garrett Carey; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Morris, Jackson, Jentry Hazelwood, Ava, Anisten Welty, Anna-Warren, Parker Nesbitt, Kylee, Trevan Hazelwood, Judson, Preston Hazelwood, Raelyn, Ellie Mae and Braxton Hazelwood.
