He is survived by: his wife Bernice Hill Southworth; his sons, Hagan Carter Southworth of Paris, KY and Wesley Barrett Southworth (Jessica) of Danville, KY; his sisters, Patty Southworth (Steve) of Georgetown, KY and Brenda Adams (Montie) of Georgetown, KY; and his granddaughter Olivia Kay Southworth. He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
