He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Shewmaker and Annie Shewmaker (Fallis); and his children, Robert Lee Shewmaker Jr. and Linda Cushion. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Shewmaker; his son Ronald Shewmaker of Salvisa, KY; his grandchildren, Teresa Parrish (Scott), John Knight (Tonja), Cindi Blevins (Lewis), Bo Shewmaker (Jessica), Zack Shewmaker (Stacy) and Stephanie Franklin (Shane); and his great grandchildren, Cade, Coby, Haley, Heather, Jyme, Timothy, Caitlin, Shawn, Gemma, Lucia, Heath Payton, Kora, Hunter, Jacob, Lexi, Hayden and Ella.
