She was predeceased by: her husband Caleb Donald Newsome; her parents, Joe Lloyd and Laura Mae Peercy Kennedy; and her brother Joe Kennedy, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Greg Newsome (Vonda) of Salvisa and Cindy Canter (John) of Nicholasville; her grandchildren, Matt Newsome (Laura), Laura Canter, Jenna Canter, Cassandra Bohman and Amber Rakes (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Kyler Rakes, Hunter Rakes, Conner Rakes, Emily Bohman and Zachary Bohman.
