He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luther Tracy, Sr. and Myrtle Dalton Tracy; his wife Bessie L. Gartin Tracy; and his children, James Jr., Zackery, Shawn Tracy, Chase Blevins and Katrina Whilote (Roger). He was also cherished by three grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several neices and nephews.
