He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Miller Witham; his son Kent Miller; and his grandchildren, Andrew Evans and Tiffany Miller. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Schott Miller; his children, Theresa Robinson (Lynn) of Salvisa, Jack Miller (Jennifer) of Iowa, Jay Cooper (Karen), Paul Miller (Dawn) and Bryan Miller (Sharon) of Lexington; and his brother George Witham (Mary). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
