He is survived by: his parents, Carl Maggard and Linda Maggard (Wills); his children, Kalee Maggard of Grove City, OH and David Wayne Maggard Jr. of Sand Gap, KY; his brother Samuel Maggard of Mt. Sterling, OH; and his granddaughter Riley Elkins.
