With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Foley of Salvisa, Kentucky, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 20, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Shockley and Dorothy Sauls Perkins; and her brother Leroy Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Russell Foley; her children, Kevin Foley (Ramona), Diane Woodrum, Russell Foley and Libby Foley; her sisters, Joyce Perkins and Shirley Perkins; her grandchildren, Kyle Foley, Rebecca Foley and Cody Campbell; and her great grandchild Christopher Pieper.
