Woodrow Whisman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Woodrow Whisman (Salt Lick, Kentucky), who passed away on May 18, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Whisman and Shrilda Burton Whisman; and his siblings, Glen Whisman, James Whisman, Howard Cadle Whisman, David Whisman, Ina Mae Stacey, Mary Frances Ham and Juanita E. Sweeney.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Flagg Whisman; his siblings, Jackie Whisman of Morehead and Bonnie Mason of Morehead; and his stepchildren, James Burchett of Morgan County, Tammy Ward of Morehead, Gail Moore of Morehead, Angela Newton of Morehead and Cynthia Bradley of Morehead. He is also survived by 11 step grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
Following COVID-19 restrictions, a visitation will be held from 12 noon to 1 p. m. and funeral services will be held 1 p. m. Thursday, May 21, 2020, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Cecil Ison officiating.
