She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Conley and Nora Beasley Gilliam; her siblings, Henry Beasley, Wilbur Beasley, Juanita Williams, Charlotte Whaley, Judy McKenzie and Audrey Snedegar; and her granddaughters, Stephanie Hackworth and Ashley Ratliff.
She is survived by: her husband Jack "Butch" Cassity, Jr.; her children, Sandy Rhoton (Gerald Spratt) of Owingsville, KY, Tammy Hackworth (Steve) of Arkanum, OH, Timmy Ratliff (Mindy) of Owingsville, KY and Tony Ratliff (Ericka) of Salt Lick, KY; and her close friend Verna Lee Reynolds. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
