He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Frances Conn (Staton); his children, Charles Randall Conn of Morehead, KY, Eula Dean Ginter of Morehead, KY, Vickey Lynn Shankland (Joseph) of Salt Lick, KY, Donna Ray Davis (Dennis) of Morehead, KY, Mary Ruth Conn of Salt Lick, KY and Melody Joyce Chaplin of Owingsville, KY; and his sister Virginia "Sis" Adams of West Elkton, OH. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 greatgrandchildren.
