He was predeceased by: his parents, Emitt Kiser and Ada Tyree Kiser. He is survived by: his sons, James Kiser of Olympia, KY and John Kiser of Clyde, OH; his brother Ray Kiser of Waco, KY; his nephew Billy Paul Kiser of Jeffersonville, KY; and his uncle Clifford Tyree of Tiffin, OH.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
