He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Benton and Georgia Beatrice Warner Wright; his wife Shirley Wright; and his siblings, Helen Warren, Mary Warren, James Wright and Donald Wright.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jessie Miller (Anthony) of Owingsville, KY and Kellie Wright of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Shelby Bennett (Josh), Elizabeth Morgan Wright Bowling, Jesselin Starr Miller and Hali Castle (Jared); his great grandchildren, Ava Jane Bennett and Cayde Lee Castle; and his close friend Tim Woods of Salt Lick, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
