He is survived by: his children, Pam Murphy (Darrell Rogers) of Stanton, KY. and William Crouch of Salt Lick, KY.; his grandchildren, Joshua Murphy (Brogan), Katie Roberts (Jason) and Emily Murphy; his great grandchild Hudson Roberts; his sisters, Mona Stewart of Salt Lick and Elsa McNees of Muncie; his wife Shirley Crouch; and his siblings, Geneva Hatton, Ida Watson, Elza Crouch, Bill Crouch and Jessie Crouch.
