She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel M. Deck; her parents, Samuel Williams and Bessie Sorrell Williams; her brothers, Billy Williams and Heraldon Williams; and her son-in-law Robert Carmack.
She is survived by: her children, Retta Joyce Arden (Robert), Danies Carmack, Vicky Lynn Williams, Tina Deck and Billy Joe Deck (Denise); and her sister Elsie Mae Vance (Billy). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home (39 Main St, Salt Lick, KY 40371). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Bath County Memorial Gardens.
