He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Webb and Lillian Keaton Webb; his daughter Tiawana Faye Webb; his stepson Kevin Ray Brierley; and his siblings, Randy, Bennie, Billy Joe, Walter, LeRoy, Larry, Marcella and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Faye Brierley Webb; his children, Adrena Sapp of Carlisle and William Webb of Salt Lick; his stepchildren, Rita Marie Brierley of Salt Lick and William Butler of Salt Lick; his brother Donnie Webb of Carlisle; his grandson Kevin Edward Brierley of Winchester; and his great grandchildren, Willow Skaggs of Carlisle and Ryker Skaggs of Carlisle. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren, dog, "Little Bit"; many nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Midland First Church of God (11479 US-60, Salt Lick, KY 40371). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
