He was predeceased by: his parent Lonnie Davis; his aunt Jane Jent; and his brothers, Terry Davis and Lee Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Linda Jent Kelly of Morehead, KY; his wife Sherri Roberts Spurlock of Salt Lick, KY; his children, Casey Razor (John) of Owingsville, KY and Caleb Davis of Salt Lick, KY; his grandsons, Clay Razor of Owingsville, KY, Cole Razor of Owingsville, KY and Cade Razor of Owingsville, KY; his siblings, Cindy Wallace (Doug) of Mount Sterling, KY, Ronnie Davis (Debbie) of Salt Lick, KY and Bruce Davis (Barb) of Morehead, KY; and his niece Leah Kelly. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested in Lonnie's memory to the American Cancer Society.
