He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Collins and Janet Mynhier Collins; and his brother Roger Dale Collins. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Binion Collins; his children, Joseph Collins, Leah Collins and Olivia Collins; his brother Wendell Collins (Mary) of Morehead; and his mother-in-law Teresa Binion of Salt Lick. He is also survived by five nieces, two nephews and several other relatives and friends.
