She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Sanford Wallace and Rosa F. Gregory Wallace; her children, Leslie Clay Smedley, Wendell Ray Smedley, Christine Smedley Phillips, Danny Wayne Smedley, Margie Ann Plank and Janet Carol Plank; her siblings, John Henry Wallace, Sara Wallace, Lula Wallace, Lutie Wallace Moore, Mattie Wallace Brown, Pearl Wallace, Eva Wallace Brown, Icie Wallace Brown and Beulah Wallace; and her grandson Phillip Smedley.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Gerald Smedley of Albany, Eugene Ray Plank (Delphia) of Morehead, Larry Joe Plank of Winchester, Indiana, Virginia Faye Smedley of Winchester, Bonnie Jean York of Olive Hill and Deborah Lynn Plank-Nesselhauf (Daniel) of Salt Lick. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and a host of great-great grandchildren; nieces. nephews and extended family.
