She is survived by: her husband Dennis Swartz; her sons, Kevin Swartz (Cyle) of Flemingsburg, KY and Jesse Swartz of Salt Lick, KY; her grandchildren, Hannah Swartz, Hadlee Hazelrigg, Noah Swartz, Laben Swartz and Bella Swartz; and her aunt Jean Holland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
