He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison L. Fugate and Ruth Esther Drake Fugate; and his siblings, Tommy and Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Brant Fugate; his children, Rick (Dawn), Natalie (Andy), Carrie, Emily (Grant) and Heather (John); and his siblings, Doug (Frankie), Patty, Lynn and Nancy (Jeff). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
